Be Productions in collaboration with agency Digitas, took great pleasure in producing Tourism Australia’s 40-hour live stream event - LIVE from Aus. A full weekend of live content showcasing the country’s incredible tourism offerings, featuring guests such as The Wiggles, Chef Matt Moran and Chris Hemsworth’s Centr trainers.
Be Productions provided the broadcast facilities, engineers and crew to make this monumental task a reality. The results speak for themselves with streams to Facebook and Youtube, moving past 18 million views to date not to mention it has provided the world with a little taste of Australia and for domestic tourism some great ideas about where to travel next.
Over the 40 hours of live streaming we received 60 incoming video calls across 5 time zones, and at times 7 guests, agency and clients in our virtual green room preparing for the switch to live.
All of this was made possible with a Studio setup that included; Newtek
Tricaster 8000, Newtek Control surface, 2 x RTMP servers, Vmix Pro, Vmix social,
Restream Enterprise, 2 x Teradek cube; all with extensive redundancy systems.
MERCEDES LIVE DRIVE
Be Productions facilitated streaming and camera services for the LIVE DRIVE for the new Mercedes Actros Truck. The Be team supplied an incredible 4k transmission over the cellular network as the new truck drives from Melbourne CBD to Daylesford.
The truck talent was able to demonstrate the different features of the truck whilst captured from a variety of cameras, all LIVE.
